Secure Ordering & Payment Options

House of Fierce Couture ships orders using USPS. The amount charged depends on the total weight of merchandise. Ground shipping within the U.S will cost approximately $5-$10. Express shipment within the U.S varies from location to location. Orders ship within 2-4 business days of receiving payment. Orders require 3-5 business days for delivery after it ships depending its destination. HOFC ships via U.S.P.S to P.O and APO addresses ONLY.

Returns & Refunds
Please ensure that you thoroughly inspect your item prior to wearing.

We exercise a very strict quality control process to ensure that our clients receive only the best products. Therefore, there are NO RETURNS, EXCHANGES ONLY. NO EXCEPTIONS. For exchanges, the items must be mailed in its original condition with an invoice.

Any item that has be altered physically no longer qualifies for an exchange. These alterations may include and are not restricted to washing, and wearing. The item(s) being exchanged must be unopened, unworn, undamaged and all tags and packaging must be included.

Items meeting the above conditions may be exchanged within 7 days of the original receipt.
